Laszlo Boats NZ Boat Handover 'Ben'

Ben had no idea that he had been actively working on his single in the last couple of weeks. Thanks to his amazing parents and family, our U23 single sculler workmate-athlete received his very own 1X today. We all kept this project a secret, which was an extremely difficult thing to do given all the excitement. This video shows the big reveal. 
The script of the reveal was that Gary would be teaching Ben the fine art of 'boat plaque application'. Every boat is released with a unique registration plaque that contains the engraved name of the owner. In this case: 'Ben van Dalen'. 
Lez's usual saying: 'You gotta carry out every single job on a boat, as if it was yours'. just got to a whole another level.
